Unfortunately, not everything is so simple. The products you listed are very saturated with substances necessary for a person. But everyone has their own individual characteristics that make the use of some products impossible. For example, with irritable bowel syndrome, garlic must be completely eliminated. And there are many such examples. So each person deserves their own individual nutrition system.

You make a valid point, and I completely agree with you. Individual dietary needs and restrictions can vary from person to person. While the superfoods mentioned in the article generally offer numerous health benefits, it’s important to consider individual circumstances, allergies, intolerances, and specific health conditions when designing a nutrition plan.

It’s crucial to listen to your body and make choices based on what works best for you. Customizing your diet to meet your unique needs ensures that you are nourishing your body appropriately while considering any limitations or sensitivities you may have. Everyone’s journey to a healthy lifestyle is unique, and personalized nutrition is key to supporting individual health and well-being.
